Leads referred by Our Town Fencing are issued with an expectation that Our Town Fencing materials will be used. (Failure to use Our Town Fencing material may see your business removed from our lead referral program). If by chance you are unable to quote leads due to a busy period, please contact the customer & your local store manager to advise. Should Our Town Fencing receive any complaints, you will be contacted by our administration staff to resolve the situation as a matter of urgency. (Failure to comply may see your business removed from our lead referral program). We reserve the right to remove contractors from our referral system at any time. You may be refused access to the lead referal program for some of the following:

  • If the service is unsatisfactory (this can be seen as a reflection on Our Town Fencing)
  • Poor quality service or worksmanship
  • If contractors are not polite and helpful and do not assist our customers with our quotation request
  • If material from another manufacturer or supplier is used for the job
