Benefits include access to competitive trade pricing, additional discounts, 24/7 access to a personalised trade portal, discounts through business connections, and marketing support such as free signage, uniforms, and trade gifts.
All existing Trade Partners will be automatically opted into the new trade program and you will receive an email with all the relevant details
Non-compliance with the T&Cs may result in removal from the program. This includes failure to use Our Town Fencing materials unless agreed upon, poor service quality, or lack of communication.
Yes, participants may withdraw from the program by providing written notice to Our Town Fencing.
You must first be a registered member of the Trade Partnership Program and complete an application form to be eligible for the Lead Referral Program.
You will receive free customer leads distributed via email and SMS. These leads are generated through Our Town Fencing’s various advertising channels, including digital advertising, social media, and more.
Participants must accept or decline lead offers within 24 hours. Once a lead is accepted, the end customer must be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a site visit.
You must provide a written quote to the end customer within 5 working days of accepting the lead. The quote should clearly state who the customer is contracting with and itemise the work to be done.
Using materials from other manufacturers for projects associated with the LRP may result in removal from the program. Our Town Fencing materials must be used at all times.
