This giveaway is open to all Our Town Fencing trade customers.
Your spend will be tracked by the Our Town Fencing Team and you will be kept up to date via an email each week.
We anticipate rewards to be distributed within four to eight weeks following the end of the campaign period, subject to product availability. We will email all eligible participants once the prize allocation is ready to be picked up.
Terms & Conditions
Tiered Trade Promotion
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Tiered Trade Promotion ("the Promotion") is open to trade customers of Our Town Fencing who hold an active trade account.
1.2. To participate, customers must achieve a minimum spend within the specified tiers between September 15, 2025, and December 15, 2025 ("the Promotion Period").
1.3 Orders must be invoiced within this period to qualify.
1.4. Customers with overdue or outstanding invoices at the time of prize redemption will be ineligible to receive a prize.
1.4. Employees, agents, and affiliates of Our Town Fencing are not eligible to participate.
1.5. Distributors are excluded from this promotion.
2. Promotion Tiers and Prizes
2.1. Customers who achieve the following revenue tiers within the Promotion Period qualify for the corresponding prize category:
• Tier 1: $30,000 - $60,000 – Wheel Toolbox
• Tier 2: $60,001 - $120,000 – Car fridge
• Tier 3: $120,001 - $300,000 – Box trailer
2.2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.
2.3. Prizes are subject to availability. Our Town Fencing reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
2.4. Winners are responsible for prize collection from an Our Town Fencing location, unless alternative delivery arrangements are offered. Delivery costs (if any) are the responsibility of the winner.
3. Determination of Winners
3.1. Customers who meet the tiered spending thresholds will be identified based on their total invoiced purchases during the Promotion Period.
3.2. Participants will be notified of their prize eligibility by the end of December 2025.
3.3. Our Town Fencing reserves the right to verify customer account status, including outstanding invoices, before confirming eligibility for a prize.
4. Prize Redemption
4.1. To claim a prize, eligible winners must ensure their account is in good standing, with no overdue or outstanding invoices.
4.2. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winner notification. Failure to claim within this period may result in forfeiture of the prize.
4.3. Our Town Fencing reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.
5. General Conditions
5.1. Our Town Fencing reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
5.2. Any disputes regarding eligibility, prize allocation, or other aspects of the Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Our Town Fencing.
5.3. Our Town Fencing reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with or attempts to manipulate the Promotion process.
5.4. Our Town Fencing will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion or any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.
5.5. Our Town Fencing is not responsible for any failure to perform its obligations under the Promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, industrial disputes, or supply chain disruptions).
5.6. By participating, customers agree to these Terms and Conditions and consent to the use of their business name and purchase details for promotional and marketing purposes.
5.7. Personal and business information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and otherwise in accordance with Our Town Fencing’s Privacy Policy.
6. Tax and Legal
6.1. Our Town Fencing is not responsible for any tax implications related to prize winnings; winners should seek independent tax advice if necessary.
